Cops Capture an Alligator

Kalamazoo, Michigan – A police sergeant stumbled upon the small alligator crawling across Lake Street near Division Street Tuesday. An officer's body camera captured the moments the team safely captured the alligator. The video shows officers laughing and taking photos of the alligator, before one officer puts on blue latex gloves and goes in for the grab. Officers said they contacted a local alligator sanctuary in Athens before turning it over to animal control.
