today I have prepared 3 topics for you:

Lora Development:

The first pony muscle lora was released last friday and I got already great feedback from you. These feedbacks are very important for me to increase the quality of the models.

To unleash the anime model potential, I have gathered some tips for you:

-> Use the recommended pony specific prompting:

In pony you have a kind of classification, which was caused through the pony training itself.

So I suggest the following prompting schema:

Positive Prompt: <> fill it with your needs

score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up,source_anime,rating_explicit,<picture modificators like masterpiece, high quality etc.>,<character attitudes><objects around the character>

Negative Prompt:

score_6, score_5, score_4, source_pony ugly face, low res, interlocked fingers, anatomically incorrect hands, bad anatomy, pony, furry

-> Use my lora to enhance the quality and muscle output

Put the token word "muscgi" before the character attitude and set the lora strength between 0.7 and 1 strength. The strength depends always on the sd model.

With these tips you should get awesome out of the box results.

Model Development:

The first poll is over and we can see that an anime based model won the round.

So the first big fine tuned sd model will be an anime model. I will post some style varations next week, that we could use for the model.

The Super Racoon Lovers can participate on a style poll that will be crucial for the model.

In the next Dev Log you will see the project/development plan for the model. These plan will be updated every week to give you a transparent state of the development.

I see also the interest on a photorealistic model. I will start the work on such a model, after I finished the anime model, but I can say that initial tests were already made.

Research stuff:

Maybe the one or other saw the release of the Illustrious-XL model on civitai. These model could be a real competitor to the pony base models.

I do some fine tuning tests with the Illustrious-XL model and try to figure out the trainability.

I hope to post some sexy results next week.

I know this post was a little bit longer, but it think that is a good sign and important steps to step in the future.
