Lu-neia (A mixture of the words "Luxiria” (Latin) “lagneía” (Greek) for Lust) pronounced - Loo-Nay-Ah

When the gods shaped existence, their very essence took form, giving life to the worlds they ruled. Each divine trait became a physical manifestation, weaving the foundation of reality.

Hedone, Goddess of Ecstasy and Desire, her essence spilled forth in pleasure. Her divine “fluid” soaked into the world, and from it, the most potent and volatile magic was born: Lu-neia.

Lu-neia is inherited, passed down through those who descend from the first souls touched by Hedone’s divine essence. it is felt, a primal force woven into the very being of its wielder. However, this power is inherently unstable—if not “released”, it builds to unbearable heights, threatening to consume the user. Only those with unwavering faith in Hedone can master it, for doubt and restraint lead to instability, warping the magic into something unpredictable and dangerous, bringing instability to the world and environment around them.Maidens of Hedone act as conduits for the magic, channeling its raw energy into the earth, ensuring it does not spiral beyond control.

Only those born with a feminine soul may wield Lu-neia—this is an unshakable truth. It is Hedone’s divine gift, passed through generations of women chosen to embody her will. Their bond with Lu-neia is intrinsic, an extension of their essence, growing stronger as they embrace the pleasures and desires that fuel it.
