Made during Mermay, this piece was inspired by Shiniez's mermaid bondage outfits which I shall link below. and... this is the first instance we get to see of a New character in my own personal Miss Pink Lore. Rose Pinkerton, Younger sister of Pamela Pinkerton (AKA Miss Pink). Her sister is a bit more of a tease, being not quite as unlucky as her older sister, and graced with a bit more height as well. I imagine the story above going something like Rose leaning over to her older sister and saying, "Come on you used to LOVE playing dress up when we were kids."
