I've observed some characters wanting him, sight unseen, after learning Jack is one! And Rea noted early about sex with a terran being "on her bucket list".

It would be a fun twist to the story if it turns out that they CAN get pregnant, it's just that they had to have REALLY wanted to become pregnant with another race - or Jack's race specifically, - for something to trigger inside of their bodies that would allow for it to happen, and they only find out about it when Tia starts showing signs of pregnancy.
