Added 2021-09-04 18:09:22 +0000 UTCi'm no longer giving refunds because the amount of scammers trying to get free content. each time someone asks for a refund, it takes me a long time to search up the names and check the logs, then ask questions to see if the story adds up about dates, etc. but now people have even found a way to get around this and make it look like a different situation happened. it's just a lot of time and i have other work i need to do. I've been going through some depression (don't worry. just off my meds currently because of some changes with my psychologist. i'll be fine soon) so i don't have a ton of energy each day to spend on work.
I'm sorry and I hope this doesn't come off as rude or scummy. All the refund DM requests i've gotten were because financial situations changing, and the majority were scammers. Because of that, I simply can't refund anymore. I'm thankful that no refunds were from people disliking my content, though. I'm happy people like it and are supporting me :) it means a lot <3

2021-09-04 19:12:58 +0000 UTCI think this is the best thing to do for you. While I'm sure most refunds requests are scams, those that are genuine need to take responsibility for their own finances. As I commented on the last post, I find it sweet you care about your Patrons enough to consider giving refunds. But in the end they're (Hopefully) all adults, and their finance problems are theirs, not yours. And as a side note, hope you're doing okay with the Depression. having finally started on meds for mine, I've honestly never felt better about my life. Thanks for all the great content Fawn.
