For the Month of October I am taking suggestions for ANY VILLIAN!!! These characters can be from any Book/Manga, Cartoon, Anime, Film or Video Game Series! As long as it's not an OC, it can be suggested! This Sketchpage will also be spooky themed in some way ;)
