What a month! November 23

Woah, what a month!

First off, I want to say a HUGE thank you to all the newcomers - that's 21 new faces and 21 more steps to becoming a self-sufficient artist without needing full-time jobs.

This month, I ran my own DTIYS challenge to celebrate a shiny 13k on Instagram. The launch had its hiccups due to some... let's say, 'boob-related' issues. Instagram seems to be cracking down on depicted nudity, which led to my hashtag facing restrictions. So I had to make an additional 'decent' version for Instagram. Ewwww, censorship 🤮. But hey, it turned out to be the most successful DTIYS I've ever hosted. A ton of cool art from amazing artists worldwide. Here's my personal top-4 so far.

I also participated in two DTIYS challenges by fantastic artists (Ms. Lockheart's with her incredible old-school comic style, and the gorgeous pinup by Favorskaya, whose work I truly admire). Loads of fun and I hope you enjoyed them too! And yes, special uncensored versions are here only for you guys 😘

Worked on a little collab with an old friend, but it's still under wraps as my co-artist polishes her part.

I promised no commissions this month but ended up taking one from a stunningly beautiful client who's kinda celebrity (yep, she was on a Netflix reality show, whoah!)

Sadly, I didn't create as much art as I would have liked to this month, and there are not-so-pleasant reasons. My two full-time jobs have been draining, so I've decided to step back from one of them.

Wondering about last month's plans?

• Smart Glasses are still on order (fingers crossed for a January arrival). I'm eager to show off my process, and these glasses seem perfect for that.
• My Q&A session is still in the preparation stage. Work burnout hit me hard, but I'm aiming for a December launch.
• And the playing card deck! Made some progress there - and found a fantastic manufacturer with great options for the cards and packaging. I'm planning a Kickstarter campaign once a few more artworks are ready. My Queen of Spades might just make it into the deck!
