Thanks Nik, the C-17 and C-5M are really old builds. They would need to be commissioned to make a new version, but I imagine you can make a ramp pretty easily on your own just slabs on diagonal

One where the rear ramp is open while they are in the air and another where it's open while they are on the ground. Would that be possible? I would really appreciate it. Best regards, Nik
