Stage victims possible (In Ikemen Go 0.99)

Heheh, with this I might be able to do victim chars that are not necessarily made in Mugen yet, I'll probably port Mayl into a stage victim since she's super buggy as a dummy character
I'll leave the file here if you guys wanna try, currently only works with Brian, Dong Hwan and Roxy
