Happy New Year 2021!

Well this year certainly took it sweet time didnt it? And there were many ups and downs (through probably more downs than ups), but yet we have made it through! Maybe not all in one piece but mostly, yeah? While I know that realistically just because its a new year doesnt really mean that things will turn around instantly, but maybe a small part of me hopes that things will be better this year, even if we're just learning how to manage each day- nothing wrong with that.

As I say every year, there is so much that I want to do in the coming new year, and I often feel like I fall short of that. Though this time im trying to think more realistically, ive been saying that 2021 is the year I start "letting go" both metaphorically and physically as I tend to be a hoarder in both aspects ^^;. I dont need to change everything that I want to change about myself all at once, just small steps! Which brings me to something that ive been thinking about and I have a plan for 2021.

As of 2021 I want to start moving my commissions to Patreon mostly, with public commission openings being sparing or just a couple extras. When im ready to open again, I will be posting the links to the form here and letting my patreons have first dibs on nabbing something (if you want to of course). I dont know if I will pick every form submitted through here, but def be picking most, and from there once thats settled, then I will see about opening to the general public afterwards- but very limited slots. I figure if I can start there- start small- then I will be able to start getting a better handle and balance on my work life (only took like 5 years but I got there!).
As far as those who arent Patreons of mine- friends and frequent buyers of my work- im still glad to offer Off-Queue commissions but as usual those wont be taking priority over main commissions.

As for other things that I want to do.. well.. I want to start with this first and then see how it goes! There is a lot I want to do, haha!

Anyway, not to draw this out, thank you all again so much for your continuous support to me, not only this year, but ever since I started freelancing! Im happy to know that what I enjoy doing for fun, could also be something I could enjoy doing for work.
