Added 2022-08-01 03:25:15 +0000 UTCI inform you that I will continue with the early access method until the situation becomes more enlightening, because I depend a lot on patreon. Whatever happens I also inform you that I will not stop creating cc, I am in a moment of great inspiration and I have a lot of cool ideas that I need to put into practice! I want to thank everyone who has been supporting me on social media and on patreon, you have no idea how you changed my life.

I just want to say once again, thanks everyone who showed their support to me! I felt so loved during these days, I can only say I am thankful.
I'll be releasing some WIPs in the next and a new poll for us to decide about the next collection theme, stay tuned!

I have seen a lot of hate going towards creators, but you guys should be compensated for your work! Making a living out of a hobby is how we should be able to live!

I'll throw money at creators who just opt to have a ko.fi link, too, but as someone who works in the service industry where tipping is ""optional"" but my livelihood also relies completely on tips, I completely understand the desire to have a Patreon for a more direct, centralized, & stable platform for your hard work and artistry. My stances are similar to those of BERN (previous comment) and it's always been apparent to me that you understand the community well because you're an integral part of it <3 , not removed from it--for example, you're always doing cute collabs with other creators and you've opened my eyes to many other likeminded artists with similar aesthetics (love to see creator-to-creator support). I truly don't think I'd play the Sims 4 as much as I do if you didn't exist and have such lush, fresh, & current ideas. Maybe I'm projecting but to me, you're a reliable creator of the people. (Not to politicize it, either, but I am also glad that EA clarified their stance to allow you to continue to do what you do because I think it's worth examining that a majority of Sims 4 cc creators are people of marginalized identities (women, trans people, queer people, and people of color) and taking away the potential for ethically sourced income that y'all may rely on is not the move!) Just wanted to say that I appreciate you and your work for the community (& that if I drop off of my subscription it's only because I'm unemployed atm--I will be back, & I will throw support at others, too). I honestly think this update has to do more with creators with a permanent-paywall which I can't lie, I've never been a fan of. Not that they shouldn't do it, but I'm much less likely to donate because one, you can't see the content they're offering and two, I just think if you have content from 2018 that's still necessary to donate for, that's not right. Regardless, I'm not going anywhere for your content!

2022-08-01 17:32:25 +0000 UTCyou've been my favorite cc creator for almost 4 years, i understand people's frustrations with what paid access has done to the community, but i love being able to support creators who do hours and hours of work each month to make our games beautiful. early access has always seemed fair to me, it's optional and the content is eventually free, it's not the same as paywalling at all. ea should worry about people on unethical sites who take advantage, not longtime trustworthy creators with high quality and safe content <3

I hope they clarify that early access is okay but we will continue to support you finically whenever we can and will always support you and your content!
