Speaker is their Guardian Angel, and does what they can to soothe and calm them down. Lap pillow, scalp massage, hair brushing, etc. Part one ends with the Listener falling asleep and the Speaker stating they will do whatever it takes to save them. Part two starts out with the Listener having made a miraculous recovery, and encountering someone very familiar. The Guardian Angel that was the Speaker made a deal with the devil to save your life, and Fell. Upon encountering the Speaker, the Listener brings them home in thanks- the Speaker has nowhere to go. This would be a reverse comfort for the Speaker, who now doubts they can do their job of protecting you. Part two can end two ways, a wholesome couple, or the Speaker losing restraint and embracing Yandere tendencies to keep the Listener safe and at their side... forever.
