puriFIR is a free audio script for FL Studio's Fruity Convolver/Edison, that generates beautiful crisp impulse responses from anything you feed into it. It is an alternative to MeldaProduction's MCabinet which is hosted entirely within FL Studio, as well as an option for Max to be used inside Ableton or as a standalone. (v1.1 COMING SOON FOR MAX)
FEATURES
- Resolution - Determines resolution of spectral capture
- Smoothing - Determines spectral smoothing/sharpening before conversion into impulse
- Preview - Test different settings before committing
- Tilt - Applies Tilt EQ on full spectrum, which can enhance or muffle the extreme ends of the spectrum
- Normalize Frames - Normalize current frame before spectral analysis
- Max Frames - Limits the number of frames captured in analysis, preventing accidentally analyzing larger clips
