Added title screen, loading, cutscene, music, Lisa can grab cars and throw them.

Pretty much finished with Lisa's main programming.
Maybe add a burp attack down the line, or another special attack.
Also may add programming to allow her to pick up and toss stuff as an additional attack.
Her controls are a little different:
Keyboard:
WASD or arrows for movement
Z F or Right Mouse to attack/ pick up items
X CTRL or Left Mouse to stomp
Space or C to jump (double tap for booty slam)
G or V for Growth special
Shift for Clobber special
Controller:
D Pad or Left stick for movement
X to attack/ pick up items
Y to stomp
B to jump
Hold Right Trigger and Y for Growth special
Hold Right Trigger and X for Clobber special
Right Trigger in mid air for booty slam.
