June wrap up! Conventions & Future plans

Hello everyone!

I hope everyone had a wonderful June!
I don't have too much to report that's new, but I spent the majority of this month doing convention related prep and traveling. I was at back to back conventions for 2 weekends this month. Both cons weren't huge, but the extra income has helped since I haven't done any large conventions since 2019.

Also I want to mention before anyone gets upset - I do have May's Onyxia and Tonberry on the boards! However I did not have any pins to sell with me - they were purely for display only. I would not feel right selling pin club pins before you all got them in hand.

I introduced a new product at the cons, faux/vegan leather wallets and clutches! I think the wallets went over well, but I didn't sell any of the clutches, even after adjusting the price at my second convention. So I don't think it'll be a product I'll be going forward with in the future. I'll have the convention leftovers up on the secret shop in a few weeks!

Speaking of shop updates, I mentioned previously I'd like to do a mini reorder of some of the first Monster Girls series. They had about 100 less pins than the later releases, so I want to make it a little more even and allow newer members to grab pins they've missed out on.

I plan to do a small reorder of 50 with the original colors, and 50 of a new color variant for each!

Secondly, a new Dryad option! I originally wanted to do a Frost Dryad, and we did a mini poll in Discord for help picking colors!

#1 & #6 were both tied in Discord, with #8 being a close as well. If you didn't get a chance to vote in Discord, which one would you pick? Let me know!

I'm also thinking about doing a Forsworn/Dark Kyrian color variant of the Spirit healer. 👀

It seems I'm having some issues with Paypal now, so I may have to disable the option to pay with it for preorders in the future. They are now withholding my funds until I ship out preorders, so that makes it a little difficult to pay the manufacturers. 

The plan for the next shop update is a little later this month! I'm hoping that Rainbow Brite will be shipped soon, so I can go ahead and update the secret shop later this month with her and the rest of the May/June pins. Will keep you all updated!

June's pins

Rainbow Bright's sticker is going to be just as colorful as her! ^.^ You can find the full high res artwork and some lineart to color in the digital reward link sent via Patreon DMs!

Unfortunately Nozdormu's sketches are missing and I can't find them as of this update. I should have him in hand soon though! 

I did manage to grab a coloring timelapse in procreate though! it will be available in the digital rewards link - its also on Discord! :)

Unfortunately they are not free brushes, so I can't include them in the digital rewards. If you use procreate though, they are well worth it!

He should arrive on Tuesday!

I'm still waiting on Rainbow Brite, but as soon as she arrives I'll begin shipping out May and June rewards! I did get some factory photos of them a couple weeks ago for color accuracy, and they look great so far. I can't wait to show you all. ^.^

2023 Future pin club plans

We've been discussing future pin club pins over on Discord!

tl;dr, we'll be going back to characters for "Heroes" volume 2! Just this time, we might focus on more villians and bosses from the Warcraft universe. :D

We've dropped quite a few patrons over the past 6 months sadly, so I may need to retire the Teaberry pin club in 2023. I no longer have the funds to continue to order 2 pins per month, but we'll continue as is for the rest of 2022. Not to worry though! I have many ideas on some new things I'd love to do for the Deluxe tier! We've also got the Sticker club that I may expand too. I plan on doing more art prints and focusing on other products to send to you all  every month. ^.^
