Question about the release of 0.26

Context:
By the end of the next week the artist and I expect to have 3 scenes ready.
Stuart's, new character and Munch's mega event. Normally 3 scenes is the standard number of them per update, however this one is supposed to have 4.
The 4th. would be an event that will continue the pool's side mission. It would have Buck, Nora, Minerva and Karin. Even if it's a short scene the number of characters would be a lot, so the scene would take like around 10 days to be ready. (More or less).
So my question is this:
Should I release 0.26 without the fourth scene to allow the release to be as soon as possible? (The pool scene would be added in 0.27, which would be out around middle April with 4 scenes).
Or are you willing to wait around 10 days more (this is an aproximation) to have the 4th. scene in 0.26?
