I fixed two major bugs, one in the camp with Ali Baba and the other with the massage parlor closed with soldiers. I had to made a lot of changes to find this bugs. Like always if you find a bug please let me know, I will work to erase them XD.
I left a save file at the beginning of the update, but I suggest you use your own to select the male characters you like more.
