Status of 0.14

I finally received today one sketch of the new scene between Nora and the Governor.
According to what the artist told me when I paid him for the scene, it should be finished by now, however that is not the case. Due to this situation I will commission a new artist for the missing scene, however it is necessary to wait for him to finish his previous work before he can start the scene.
This means that version 0.14 will have delays.
That is why I apologize to all of you, I really am very sorry.
Although 0.14 will be released in December, I want 0.15 to also be released at the end of December to return to monthly releases. So as soon as they finish their current work I will commission a scene from the usual artist and another from one of the new artists so that they can be done in parallel and be ready on time.
