Added 2023-05-08 00:13:33 +0000 UTCいつも応援ありがとうございます＾＾ 今日はメガネちゃん英語版の12日目を置いておきますね。 昨日ちょうどAI生成について思うところを少し書いたのですが、ちょうどPixivがその件で炎上してしまってますね（汗）。 かなり多くの（有名な方も含んだ）絵描きさん達が抗議するような形でPixivに投稿していた作品を非公開にしてしまっています。 僕も同じ界隈の人間なので一晩中考えてしまってあまり眠れませんでした。 非公開にする絵描きさん達の気持ちは痛いほどわかりますが、僕は今後も出来るだけこれまで通りにPixivにも作品をアップしていこうと思ってます。 僕にとって排除したいもの・嫌なものではなく、一番大切な人は誰なのかを考えました。それはもちろんここを支援してくれる方たちも含めた僕の作品のファンの方たちです。 その人達が作品を楽しむ場を無くしてしまうこと、今後ファンになってくれるかもしれない人たちの入り口を無くしてしまうことは、ちょっと僕には考えられませんでした。 そういう理由から今回の非公開化などのある種のストライキ・抗議活動には僕は参加しません。 ただ、現状のAI生成作品は大きな問題をはらんでいること、その結果損害を被っているイラストレーターさんがいることや、手で描いたイラストを見たい人たちにとってPixivの利便性が大きく損なわれていることに問題があるとする意見には賛同しています。 ちょっと固い記事になってしまってごめんなさいm(_ _)m Thanks for your support! 気持ちは判らなくはないですけど、絵を非公開にされるって言うのは、私みたいなROM専にとっては地獄の沙汰ですね

2023-05-08 14:41:31 +0000 UTCI think hiding the pictures only hurt the artists themselves in the end, as it will be hard for people to discover new artist if they can't see the pictures. I think the important thing is to only use services that take proper care of their artists and don't allow for uploaded drawings to be used for AI training material without the artists active consent. Personally I've turned off all AI art from pixiv, because I don't care about watching AI generated works. There's nothing impressive about it (well, the technology is impressive, but not the art, if that makes sense). Anyone with a PC can make AI art. Drawing is a trained skill, honed over years and years, and that is what makes it impressive to me. AI art will never change that.
