Wilf saying he'll try not to die hits that much harder now the actor has passed away 😢

Gandalf? Seriously Travis? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Gandalf is played by Ian McKellen (you've also seen him as Magneto in the original X-Men trilogy). Also, your reaction to the Vinvocci 🤣🤣🤣"What are you? Hellraisers? Cactuses? Cacti?" 🤣🤣🤣Yeah, that twist at the end with the Time Lords is a good one! Timothy Dalton does have a certain presence about him, doesn't he?

Haha exactly! I also didn't know the actor was British until seeing him in this episode because he uses an American accent as J'onn. 😂

Siobhan Linehan

I know right all i could think during this episode was Martian man hunter why are you prime minister of britain???

It was so fun seeing your reaction to this. The Master is such a fantastic villain. You really see the budget they put into this two parter. Not just with The Master's powers and with that gate thing, but with the cactus people and all the Masters across the world which were mostly done with CGI, although the actor John Simm did get to wear the pink dress and he said he loved that lol. The actor playing the Prime Minister Joshua Naismith is David Harewood, I know him best from The CW show Supergirl. So it's cool to see him in Doctor Who, I forgot he was in it. And it was SO great seeing Wilf again. It's not just Donna that The Doctor is connected to, it's Wilf as well. I don't know if you've recorded your reaction to part two yet so I won't say anything, but Wilf's importance becomes very clear. That's really all I can say about part one. I'm so excited to see your reaction to part two on Sunday. 🙊

lol never watched a James Bond movie in my life much less as a child 😂

"Is that Gandalf?" No, that's Timothy Dalton and he played James Bond between 1986 and 1994.
