Villains are the only characters worth loving. That being said, Lex has always been up there in my top favorite villains (after Maleficent and Jafar just before Hook), and Michael's Lex is the absolute best!!! So in love with his Lex Luthor!

2023-05-20 21:24:11 +0000 UTCYeah, I love Smallville! I mean, it's already this good when the show is in its 'figuring itself out' phase. Yeah, the CGI can be pretty suspect as I believe they blew a good portion of the budget for the first season on the pilot episode, so not much budget to spread out to the 20+ episodes of season 1. All I'll say about Lex is that he is an incredibly complex character (one of my favorite characters). And it's so bittersweet (yet poetic) that Cassandra's prediction for Clark came true when she herself died as she and Clark grew close in the brief time they knew each other. I'm glad you're so into the show (and Clark ;) ) now :)
