Not sure that 2nd year residents should be in charge of a group of interns who are just 1 year below them andbe responsible to teaching them things they are still competing to learn. I mean, Bailey was a 4th year resident when our group of interns was entrusted to her. Webbers excuse to Bailey for not picker her as cheif resident was BS! He told her the job was more about administration that surgery yet the reason he chose Callie was because her surgical skills. Izzie...i can only express how much of a selfish bi*** she is so many times! She is crying about how George, a married man who is stressed about having to repear his intern year, hasnt spoken tobthe woman he cheated on his wife with after she told him she was in love with him! Also, her speach to her interns is bogus, i her they were complaining amd all, but they were right, Izzie is a dud, she could have walked them through doing scut or the clinic or something until something came in, instead she stole hospital supplies (along with personnel ie herself and her 4 interns) to save a deer!
