The same technology that is supposed to be there to help catch and find criminals ends up causing more people to die. It's crazy how she went from witness, to accomplice, then murderer, and finally full blown serial killer!!!

The image of her creeping into the guy's house and laying in wait with only her eyes visible from out of that hood and mask is a nod to the title I think- like when you see just the eyes of a crocodile sticking out above the water. Not sure which one is creepier! I like the unexpected villain aspect of this one and that you keep wondering how far she's going to take it. And that recaller tech is a crazy/interesting concept!
