Hello everyone!

Xan here. As some of you know, I've been engaged in making a certain side project for a while, a few months back (hint: it was a JOI game). Because of the popularity boom when it comes to the Live JOIs, that project was put on hold. I'd like to restart working on it because I really want to deliver it to you in the next few months. In order to do so, I'm gonna be looking to improve my work schedule in several areas. Because of this, we're looking for a person that would help us with QA for our regular video projects.

Here's what we would expect you to do:
- Watch our videos before they're posted and check them for any sort of errors and areas where improvement is possible.
- Spellcheck and correct all of the subtitles - this is what's gonna take you the most time.
- Handle the subtitle timing and subtitle placement in the video.
- Report any sort of editing errors and providing feedback on the user's experience.
- All of the above amounts to about 10-20h of work per month.

Here's what we expect from you:
- Very good English skills, for the sake of the spellcheck.
- Being able to keep up with the schedule. QA is not the final step of our video-making process, there's a second round of QA, another round of editing after that and there's funscripting too. The first round of QA, which is what you'd be doing, needs to be done long before the scheduled release.
- No video-editing experience needed, but you will have to use Davinci Resolve for the sake of handling the spellcheck and subtitle placement. This requires you to have a decent PC, otherwise you might struggle to open the project (32GB ram recommended).

Here's what we can offer you:
- A flat rate of $300 per project that's gonna go through QA (which should amount to about 15-30 USD per hour) with possible bonuses for particularly large projects (Persona 5 Gauntlet would be a good example).
- Super early access to all of our projects, about 3-5 weeks before they go to normal early access.
