Does it mean you're moving away from Patreon?
Nope! It is more safe for us to have people subscribing through our website, but we have no plans of closing our Patreon.

Do I get anything extra from subscribing through your website? Is anything different at all?
Nope, it's just a cheaper alternative to subscribing through Patreon. You get all the same perks that the Patreon subscription would give you. It does support us more than a Patreon subscription though, hence why we hope you resubscribe to us there!

Does anything change in regards to accessing the exclusive videos and other benefits?
No changes! Everything will stay the same and you'll get the same access to our benefits when subscribed to us though our website as you'd be subscribed through Patreon.

If I subscribe, should I cancel my Patreon subscription?
Yes, you will be billed twice otherwise. Our website has no means of automatically cancelling your current Patreon subscription if you have any.

How will the billing work? When will I be charged?
For your convenience, we copypasted the very same subscription model that Patreon uses, meaning you get billed the moment you subscribe then you'll be billed on 1st day of each month.

If I subscribe right now then won't I get billed twice, once when I subscribe and once on the 1st of August?
Nope! In order to avoid double billing, we're making it so that everyone that subscribes today or tomorrow will get their subscription for free until the 1st of August. Yep, this does essentially mean that you get a 2 day free trial if you subscribe today. If you aren't subscribed to us yet, this might be prime time to do so, since you get free access for a short while!

Do I still retain my Discord perks?
Yes! Just like in case of Patreon, you'll just need to link your JOIGang account to your Discord. It's a 30 second process that you can complete by going to: https://joigang.com/membership-account/your-profile/ and clicking "Connect to Discord". That way, you'll automatically get your Discord subscriber role. Note that this is mandatory if you want access to our Live Shows.

Your website doesn't provide a payment method I used on Patreon.
We don't have all payment methods implemented yet, but we'll be adding them in the near future. We'll try to have all of the common payment methods added before the end of August, so that everyone gets a chance for a discount.

What sort of data are you processing?
Pretty much the same as we already do on Patreon: we have access to your username and email. You don't need anything more to register an account on our site either - we don't need your address, phone number or anything like that. And of course, as with pretty much any subscription services on the internet, your sensitive payment data is processed through secure payment gateway (we use Stripe) and we get no access to this data.

Do I need to make an account on your site?
Yep! Your subscription will be tied to your JOIGang account and you will have access to all of the exclusive content by logging in to that account. No worries, it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to create one.

What happened to the $1 tier?
Since the $1 tier doesn't give you any benefits other than seeing some of our exclusive updates, this tier is staying Patreon exclusive for now. We're planning on adding News section on our website where we'll be posting all of our updates just like we do on Patreon. Once we do, we'll bring the $1 tier to our website as well!

What about updates and announcements?
We're opening News section on our website soon, where you'll be able to get notified about our updates the same way you get notified on Patreon. Before this happens, you can either stay tuned by staying subscribed on Patreon as a Free Member (you get all our notifications, but you don't pay the subscription) or through or by joining our Discord server (https://discord.gg/BmmB3pJxKr) and picking up the VideoPings role. In other words, no need to worry, you can easily stay tuned and get notified about our new updates and videos, even if you're subbed through our website!
