Announce of a new tier: Tbilisi cat

Hi! This time I'm here to tell you about a new tier on my Patreon.
It's similar to the Insider but also helps us to cover some expenses we spend taking care of stray cats (and some dogs) here in Tbilisi.
Besides our gratitude for your generosity this tier has some additional rewards:
- special recognition on the Discord server,
- once a month I post here several digital stickers based on the pets we're taking care of,
- once a tier you can send us a pic of your own pet, and you'll get a personal drawing in return.
The last two rewards are provided by my daughter, Kate :3
