Fiola's trust in Paul is uneasy, but the newly released man does reason he's already got what he wants with Tyran, so betraying them to Topfer wouldn't make much sense.
Considering Fiola feels the same way about Rawn as Paul does with Romyn she allows the little man to go.
It isn't until Paul jokes how Romyn wanted to fix him up with Rawn that Fiola joins him for breakfast. Just to keep watch.
