Here is a continuation with Paul and Romyn getting themselves prepared for the day. After getting properly fed and following up on proper hygiene, the two begin their journey to the fancier part of the Capitol whereupon the airship is noticed. Paul casually mentions a big deal with representatives from all the provinces is about to happen any day now.

Inside a tower, possibly in the heart of the Capitol, Tyran Winters removes his eyepatch and frowns as a voice off panel exclaims it's time for his checkup.

Tyran, if you recall, is Wizard's real name. Also we see why he's not horribly scarred as he should be, since the tiger eye most likely has healing properties...
