As a slight note, the 1.20.1 version now requires a forge (regular not neo) of 47.3.0 or above, so if you're on an older version you'll need to update for now (this version is not final and depending on how it goes it might get lowered in the future to allow for a bigger compatibility).
I've already talked about the 1.20.1 port in last week's post so I won't repeat myself too much, really happy with how it goes and the mass porting of abilities might start this year or very early in january, the only major thing left to do with abilities is finalizing the morphing related systems (such as first person arm rendering, extra layers such as phoenix's wings and so on).
The completion is at about 30%, but imho more importantly than that are better (mostly from a developer experience point of view) and more stable systems for combat, explosions, projectiles and who knows what else in will get updated in this port.
The 1.16.5 build also received some long overdue updates in regards to biomes, more so specifically with their huge sizes, which might still not be perfect as biomes don't work on simple logic but on several parameters influencing each other and other biomes around them resulting.
