After doing a reread of the series (and a quick google search because even after rereading and going over each chapter with ctrl+f I couldn't see a mention of Alys's eye color anywhere) I can know admit I am probably wrong about it being Talla and not Alys cause Talla is explicitly stated to have pale blue eyes while according to google Alys does infact have blue-grey eyes
