Patreon TOS Update
Added 2016-08-31 02:43:13 +0000 UTCHmm..this might be an issue when it comes to drawing Rule 34. Any thoughts on this?
Patreon's new TOS says you cannot: "Create content or rewards using
intellectual property you do not own or [have] permission to use."

Yeah, someone responded to Fluff's tweet suggesting this was just Patreon covering their own asses. Just keep an eye out and see if everybody else suddenly stops doing it.

2016-08-31 06:27:37 +0000 UTCit all depends on how they enforce it, but you're in the clear when it comes to things like Underlust, etc. That's parody, and no one would ever confuse it with the original work. For example, the Newgrounds-teletuby thing that happened in the late 90's early 2000's. It's likely a statement used to have an enforcement tool to appease more litigious industries like music. Think you'll be fine. .
