We have SO many things happening in the TCV community. Not only do Kirk and I work full time, we also have 5 community managers who help host events and many other volunteers also working behind the scenes. Sending out a big thanks to all!
You know that we host live premieres on YouTube every Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 8:00AM AZ Time (MST). Other than that, here's what you can expect the first quarter of 2024:

Hello Elizabeth & Team! May I recommend Lacey Sturm. She is the first American female singer that occasionally uses the growl/scream. Although the female growl/scream is prolific in Europe. She started with the band "Flyleaf" in I believe, 2003. I honestly don't know what genre they fit into, although they have been given Christian Heavy Metal title. The band started out as Christian group, fell out of that, fell back into it fell back out of it. Their 1st album, 'Flyleaf' was released in 2005 & went platinum. Their 2nd 'Memento Mori' in 2009 reached the top 10 on Billboard charts. And, their 3rd 'New Horizons' in 2012 when it was announced Lacey Sturm was leaving the band. Her songs are deep, haunting, can be dark, unique, inspirational. They had 4 mainstream songs from their first album...(1) I'm So Sick, (2) Fully Alive, (3) All Around Me & (4) Sorrow. Lacey went solo in 2016 with 'Life Screams' & in November 2023 released her 2nd solo album 'Kenotic Metanoia'. The song "Breathe with Me" features Lindsey Stirling. Lacey has also returned to "Flyleaf" which has been renamed "Flyleaf with Lacey Sturm". I am very interested in your analytical analysis of her voice with the growl/scream. If you are interested, I can offer song suggestions. She does not use the scream/growl in all her songs.

You really make it interesting and fun to learn about new music and learn a lot more about music I’ve always loved. I would love to hear your in depth analysis of my favorite vocal group of all time the Bee Gees. Don’t think I saw any of them on here. Anyway just wanted to say enjoy your channel very much and looking forward to this year.
