Have a look at your Teams admin centre, there is a setting that allows you to increase the bandwidth used. It can be changed to 10Mbs for better quality. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoftteams/meeting-policies-audio-and-video?WT.mc_id=TeamsAdminCenterCSH#media-bit-rate-kbps
