It seems I have found my dumping ground for Agents inside Vet's house. As Hyao and Ren confronted him, they would get grabbed and incapacitated by other captured agents. It seems that whatever Vet is smoking is keeping them docile and attend his every command. Is he roleplaying the patriarch of a family everyone dutifully listens to?
That said he's an old man. It seems this confrontation tires him and puts him to sleep for very long periods of time. Which means that if I am careful, I would be able to extract the agents one by one...
