Unfortunately, due to an unprecedented spate of what I loving refer to as "thieving ****s" I've been forced to remove the download links to the Adventures of Alynnya Slatefire Director's Cut back issues. I've taken this severe move under advisement from Patreon to combat the problem of people pledging, downloading everything then demanding their money back (which uses an automated system and I only get notified of this once the money has been deducted from my PayPal account). I don't believe it's fair to either you awesome lot for people to steal that which you graciously and generously support and the almost 1,000 hours' worth of work the comics represent (120 comic pages averaged at 8 hours per page)

I can totally understand that not everybody is in the position to contribute or that people don't think the comics aren't good enough to support. I can even understand the freetard culture online (otherwise there wouldn't've been the torrent site witch hunts) - BUT - I post the comics for free! The extra pages and HD versions are my way of saying thank you to the supporters and it's like they're taking something from my friends. Which they are. Grumble grumble. Grumble.

2017-09-11 17:20:10 +0000 UTCSo Patreon still allows the old pledge-then-cancel routine? Any time I increase any pledge nowadays, even new ones, it promptly charges my card. As a result, I thought they'd fixed that. How unfortunate to find they have not. :/
