I grew up in Wisconsin, but lived in Nashville, Alabama, and Missouri for quite a while So I have taken up the y'all flag now that I live in Wisconsin again. Saying y'all sounds weird in an upper midwest accent. It sounds more like yoll. I have 2 near deaths: A Benadryl and alcohol overdose in a suicide attempt (it worked but they brought me back), and recently heart failure and pneumonia where my oxygen was so low they were going to have to intubate me but they put me on a whole lot of pure oxygen and that gave me enough air to revive and start crying. My heart was pumping at "an amount incompatible with life" and I don't know what they did but by the time I figured out I wasn't dead they have me on IVs and I had pissed the bed.
