What's your advice on staying motivated for your goals? I'm trying to make it through college so I can get my dream job and it can be depressing at times. Seeing you guys doing what you love is inspiring and helps a lot. But what's your advice?

Also matt, if you're being forced to cut your hair yourself during covid, trimming the back to the point where the inch at the bottom is shaved goes a long way. Trimming with a buzzer (like the one you would use to shave your balls/face) over scissors is great too for giving it texture if you want volume. You're able to "sculpt" the shape more, make it less flat. I have hair similar to yours and have had to learn that shit recently. Also, if you want it to be wavy, for me shampooing 1x every 2 weeks (but showering and scrubbing my scalp everyday) helps keep the "oils" at a nice level where I got a nice wave. W/out that I look like a fucking beatle.
