Have you ever wondered where wizards forge their finest creations? Well now you know! Only an artisanal blacksmith with the enchanting skills of a well practised spellcaster would be able to forge these powerful, magical items.
We wanted the location to feel fantastical. A Wizard Blacksmith certainly wouldn't set up their forge in a town centre, the place would be constantly watched by spies trying to find the secrets of crafting enchanted weaponry. The brilliant blue pools surrounding the lair are inspired by the travertine terrace formations in Pamukkale. It's an incredibly beautiful spot in Turkey and we felt like a wizard's lair would fit in nicely with these surroundings.
