Village Blacksmith - Animated Battlemap

This month we've animated our Village Blacksmith battlemap! Now with billowing smoke, swaying trees, sparks and flames from the furnace and cute sygnets on the lake.

I can't seem to get the map animated in Foundry, I've the .json and got the module but no dice. 2. I can't find the link to join the discord to solve problem #1. Your help would be great, thanks.
