We do have a Discord!
To join us on Discord you just need to connect it with your Patreon account, here's the instructions:

Then you'll have your Patreon role already linked to the Discord. Certain tiers can join special channels to suggest and discuss upcoming maps.

Yeah, when you become a patron you're automatically added to the server.
