I used this map in my monster vs monster battle of Mind Flayers vs Githyanki. Perfect battle map for the event and set the right tone for the action.

I just finished the introduction adventure for a new Planescape group, and decided their next stop will be Ilsensine‘s realm. I‘m so using this map there. Can’t wait for it!!

This was such a great map and exactly what I needed! For the campaign I'm running, I had a lone mind flayer who was attempting to resurrect the long dead remains of his kin on his way to becoming a lich. Of course, I also foreshadowed a lot of fault lines and structural instability in the area - so during the big fight, the mind flayer caused a major problem with his mind blast that got progressively worse. So I did several edits to get us there as things degraded, but this is the final version of what was the blood map. This is super cool! And definitely helpful for the Mind Flayer Lair my party is headed toward. I would love to see this fleshed out as an entire Mind Flayer colony, with all the various rooms and passages detailed in Volo's Guide, like a brain library, and a transformation pool. <3

Echoing the sentiments above; this map is perfect. I'm running Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus, and one of my PCs is playing as an Illithid who is the latest version of the Adversary. This map will be perfect for their reckoning with the Elder Brain.

I swear you guys are reading my mind. The party in my campaign is getting involved in a big war with mind flayers as one side. These maps are timely to say the least.
