September GIF Theme- Oktober Fest!

Since I now live in Germany, I think it's time to celebrate the local customs a bit more!

This months theme is 'Oktoberfest'! We've got drinking, music, drinking, dancing, drinking while dancing, carnival games, and drinking!

Shouldn't some of your favorite character join in on the festive season??

**New Rule for G.I.Fs**

-1. There will be a 2 Month Lockout Period for characters that win the GIF Vote. For example, if Lucy (My OC) wins in April, she cannot win again until July. I hope this will be able to keep a nice variety of characters throughout the year so we don't get overloaded with more of the same.

- Remember, no underage characters if the idea is NSFW, no incest, no bestiality, no rape/violent themes, no non-sexual fluids, etc.

- Only 1 idea per person will be taken, if you leave multiple ideas, I will pick only 1. Similar character ideas will be combined so as not to skew the vote.)

- (Please limit the numbers of characters to 2, these GIFs can be very time consuming with just 1 character, let alone multiple moving. Background static characters are fine.)
