March 2023 Status Report

A bit late on the report, but given how...problematic the last week has been, to be expected.

So ! March was a pretty good month, at least for The Fallen World. Book 2 was released, and a bunch of chapters were added to the backlog. I was planning on going all the way to the end of book 4 with that streak, but unfortunately my neighbours decided they hadn't been shitty enough this month and started a massive bout of construction, and I had to live several days under the constant sound of power tools, giving me a blinding headache and putting a stop to any hope of writing ANYTHING.

They've stopped, and I have written chapter 128, which should be available at the usual time, but it is going to take a while to get back into the groove of things. If nothing else, I'd like to get started back up on writing the Dragon Imperium. I was intending to participate in april's writeathlon for RR, but since the admins barred anyone with a backlog from participating...well, that wasn't an option.

Anyway, hopefully things will be better by the end of april, as I should have my new place available (and not under fucking ego construction because of my damned father) and have a much, MUCH better environment to work in. We'll see, I suppose.
