Another Discord Update

So I found the problem with Patreon not adding some of you guys to the Discord! You all just need to make sure you have linked your Discord account to Patreon and the bot we have set up will automatically add you after some time. The bot also keeps track of whether or not you have changed your Tier status and will upgrade you accordingly.
Sorry for all the updates on Discord - I don't plan on making text posts like this often and bogging down your notifications.
