I ended up spending alot more time on this project than I originally expected. For this video I decided to lean into the adventure and story telling style a bit more. I still consider this anime character JOI series to be in an experimental phase. 2023-12-08 02:34:49 +0000 UTCBreathing during hypnosis is an extremely subjective experience, so I don't want to constrain people into a specific style of it. The initial breathing instructions are just to help people start to focus more on the breath. I'll mostly just be sticking to the same format but enhancing the visuals and strengthening the triggers.

2023-12-07 06:35:51 +0000 UTCeveryone has their own limits when it comes to breathplay- but in general I tend not to go longer than 2mins 10 seconds. If you keep in mind during the start of the video to saturate your lungs with oxygen every chance you get by taking deep breaths in between the holds than you will be fine. It will still be a challenge but not impossible.
