The Return of Powder Blue is something of a collaboration between thebellyburster and myself and a continuation of the original Powder Blue stories (some of which are among my all time favorite expansion stories).
This new tale follows sisters Carly and Selina as they win the chance to tour the factory of Powder Blue, a mega popular new drink known for both "enhancing" the female form and for being incredibly addictive. Along with their fellow contest winners, Carly and Selina will soon learn the true secret behind their new favorite beverage.
