This time we're heading to the not so distant future of Robocop! This movie is one of the most believable depictions I have ever seen. Why is this movie so believable? What makes it grounded!?
Let's find out if there's a secret or two I can work out plus, I even spot and point out a few mistakes! I also give a few hidden lore nuggets I know about this movie as I've always been interested in this feature.

Some remade scenes are crap but watch the alley scene. Guys... hold on to your bits and bobs below, trust me!

Absolutely love this film, This, Predator, Terminator the classic trio. Totally agree practical trumps CGI everyday. By all means use it to enhance the practical but never replace practical. Which is why i am glad film makers are going back to practical and model making. Yes the animation of ED209 is a bit ropey, but you still feel his weight and presence. The ED209 in the remake was naff, as it was pure CGI. Love robocop, you got to check out the game Robocop Rogue city. It is a brilliant continuation of the films. The Petrol Station explosion was similar to the explosions they used for Remembrance of the Daleks in 89. 10x more powerful than expected. Like in Robocop the explosions caused windows to shatter etc.. Police and fire services turned up and where shocked to see 2 daleks coming out the smoke. Aaah back in the day when health and safety wasnt really a thing lol
