July 2019 Wrap Up + August preview!

Blizzcon Pin Update

I'm happy to say that preorders helped fund about 90% of the total manufacturing costs! That's so amazing and I can't thank you all enough. I was able to go ahead and place the orders for all the pins early, and I'll share updates with you all when I have them!

I initially reserved about 30 of each pin for Patrons, and as I'm typing this there are less than 3 left of Deathwing, Frostmourne, and the Elite dragon. While there are 10 sets of the role check and Moonkin sets left. If you're interested in grabbing a set, I highly suggest getting them soon unless you plan to come to Blizzcon and get it from me there. ;)

August pin preview! 

I should have these pins in hand soon.. and they look great! I'm super excited for them. :) I'm currently in the process of working on the print and stickersheet and will share those as soon as I can!

Should I change up the Pin Club? 

One of my goals is to start producing more original works over fanart, so I'm actually toying with the idea of switching up the Patreon starting in 2020. 

I'm thinking about perhaps doing a cute monster girl theme, with some of the girls being inspired by popular mmo/rpg monster tropes like this Harpy! I have so many cool ideas that I want to do, and I feel like this would be the perfect way to get started in that direction. This way the entire collection as a whole will feel more consistent, instead of jumping from random fandoms and ideas month to month. Each month you know you're going to get a specific themed cute pin. :D

I still aim to have you all involved in some of the decision making with polls, such as helping with colorways and designs. I love having you all be involved with this Patreon and plan to keep as much of that as I can. ^.^

I'd also very much like to change the name of this Patreon from tsepish to TeaberryHouse, since I feel its very confusing for the branding of my shop. I need to check and see if this is a change I can make easily. If not, I may setup a subscription model via gumroad or Shopify, where people can sign up for the pinclub outside of Patreon.

August Plans

For this next coming month, I'll be prepping for more cons later this year! I also plan to try and squeeze in some Blizzcon Badges from the CBTS kickstarter. I'd like to try and open up a few slots for Patreon, so hopefully I can find the time. I'll make an announcement when/if I'm able and have a form for everyone to fill out if interested. :)

The next couple days I'm planning on creating the packaging for my Blizzcon pins and ordering new foamboards and cards for conventions. I'll also be working on August's Stickersheets and print, as well as the final drafts of September and October's pins.
