This is Mike, originating from River City Ransom Underground. I could go on a whole spiel about the game because to be it's a hidden gem that kinda got TOTALLY robbed due to some legal hubbub but just know i love the game and i think almost all the characters are cute. Good thing almost all of them got another small chance in the spotlight through River City Girls' sequel.
Anyway, Mike cute; he literally has a move where he just throws his ass back at you. Funny guy. Go check the game out.
